Hear professionals in the field and gain valuable insights into maintaining a healthy balance during a difficult time.\n\n\n\nGuest speakers will be Mary Ann Honsinger\; local Chapter President of NAMI (National Association of Mental Illness)\, Margarida Barroso\; Professor of Molecular and Cellular Physiology at Albany Medical Center\, Pierre Zimmerman\; Certified Meditation Guide and Cheryl Syta\; NP in Oncology and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach.\n\n\n\nMany community partner information tables will be onsite for your chance to connect.\n\n\n\nCheck in after 8 am.
