DESCRIPTION:Community Caregivers\, in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association\, hosts a twice monthly support group for caregivers of loved ones with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia.\n\nThe purpose of this group is to offer caregiver support\, information\, resources\, and socialization in a comfortable environment.\n\nMeetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month\; from 1 - 2 pm in the music room at Christ the King Church\, 20 Sumpter Ave\, Albany. Susan Griffith\, RN will lead the group.\n\nThe meetings are free of charge and are open to the public. Advance registration is preferred\, but not required.
