Join the Nation of Lifesavers by learning Hands‑Only CPR at our second annual CPR Community Day! The American Heart Association and the Innovation Partnership between Albany County and MVP Health Care are teaming up again to bring our community together for a high‑energy, hands‑on day of learning.
This fast, fun, and engaging training is designed for everyone — no experience needed! In just 30 minutes, you can learn the skill that could one day save a loved one’s life.
Why it Matters
- Each year, 350,000 people in the U.S. experience sudden cardiac arrest outside a hospital.
- 90% do not survive.
- 70% of these emergencies happen at home — to someone you know and love.
- But when CPR is performed immediately, it can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival.
Please note: This is not a certification course.
