Notorious prohibition era gangster Jack “Legs” Diamond is the program topic for the September 18, 2014 meeting of the Bethlehem Historical Association. Speaker Denis Foley will explore Diamond’s Bethlehem connections. Foley, a resident of Delmar, received his PhD in Anthropology from the University at Albany. His research includes Irish studies and Laws and Societies. The meeting starts at 7 PM at the Cedar Hill Schoolhouse Museum, 1003 River Road, Selkirk. Come early for a look at the museum displays and stay late for refreshments.
