Lina Kohandoust has been an energy engineer for over 20 years and has participated, and led projects for commercial, institutional and multi-family residential customers. She has performed many energy audits, engineering feasibility studies and impact evaluations, technology transfer of emerging technologies, and assisted with federal, state and international energy rebate and incentive programs, including brand and collateral development. A few of these organizations include NYSERDA, PG&E, DOE, and various utility companies across the country. In the residential sector, Lina has over 15 years of experience in property management, and renovating, retrofitting and incorporating energy conservation measures in older, single and multi-unit buildings. She is a member of Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE).
