VentureB Innovation Workshop: Mapping your Business Landscape

The VentureB Innovation Series is a new program focused on providing startups with hands-on educational training. This program takes participants through an exercise to map their business landscape. The workshop will include discussion on the importance of incorporating this as part of your business planning, what things to consider, when should you consider them, and the overall impact mapping you business landscape has on customer discovery, marketing plan development, and partnerships.
