Growing financial services firm seeks an energetic full-time addition to its client support team: The position provides administrative support to four advisors, as well as direct client support. This is an entry-level in-office position. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, initiative, flexibility, a quick learning curve, extreme detail orientation, and a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will have two years of office experience or a business degree (preferably in finance, business administration, or marketing) or related experience. Must be highly computer literate with advanced MS Office (esp. Excel & Word) and a good working knowledge of computer systems.
