Conservation Easement Review Board - Member Wanted

Conservation Easement Review Board
The Bethlehem Town Board is seeking candidates to serve on the Conservation Easement Review Board (CERB).
The CERB reviews conservation easement applications and advises the Town on open space planning efforts. For more information on the CERB, please visit the CERB page on the Town website.

The CERB meets as needed, not on a regular schedule.  In addition to attending meetings and reviewing documents in advance of meetings, CERB members should be able to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people.

It is the policy of Town of Bethlehem not to discriminate against any applicant because of age, color, sex, disability, national origin, race, religion, or veteran status.

Bethlehem residents interested in serving as a member of the CERB should submit a resume and brief cover letter to sagosta@townofbethlehem.org, and make sure to address any pertinent experience, including professional and personal experience, that is relevant to the position.  Letters should also state that serving on the CERB will not result in any professional conflicts of interest.

Applications are due by October 31, 2025.
