Registered Nurse (RN) Integrative & Supportive Care | The Stram Center for Integrative Medicine

Delmar, NY | Monday–Friday | No Weekends or Holidays
$42–$45/hr (Non-exempt), depending on experience and IV skill level

Your Role at a Glance Infusion & Clinical Care

• Start a high volume of peripheral IVs, including challenging ones
• Access central lines (ports/PICCs)
• Provide infusion care for chronic illness and oncology-support patients
• Monitor, assess, and communicate clearly with patients
• Empower patients with calm, compassionate education

Supportive Therapies (We Will Train You)

• Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
• SoftWave
• PRP assistance
• Red light therapy
• Phlebotomy

Care Coordination

• Guide patients through complex treatment plans
• Respond to patient inquiries through phone and portal
• Participate in weekly case rounds with our medical team

Team Environment

• Support a tightly connected team of:
• Physicians
• NPs & PAs
• Licensed Massage Therapists
• Dieticians
• Acupuncturists
• Mental Health Counselors
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a coordinated flow

Qualifications

• NYS RN license in good standing
• Proficient in peripheral IV placement
• Able to access central lines
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Willingness to learn supportive therapies and phlebotomy
• Comfortable working in both team-based and autonomous settings

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:30am - 4:30pm
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• 4–6 week structured training period
