LiveWell Group Partners with CDTA to Bring CDPHP Cycle! Bike Share to Two Delmar Communities Delmar, N.Y. – September 24, 2026 — LiveWell Group is partnering with the Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) to bring CDPHP Cycle! bike-share access to two LiveWell Group residential communities in Delmar: The Spinney at Van Dyke and Adams Station Apartments. As part of the partnership, LiveWell Group is providing space near the clubhouse buildings at both communities for CDPHP Cycle! bike racks

Support the BC Backpack Program! The BC Backpack Program needs your help! The BC Weekend Backpack Program helps address food insecurity through a K-12 weekend backpack food program. The program supplements food resources for students on weekends, holidays and school breaks. Volunteers at the high school fill 60-100 backpacks each week.
