Our special guest emcee will be Benita Zahn.\n\n\n\nEnjoy dining stations\, networking\, and celebrate with our award winners: \n\n\n\nBusiness of the Year: LiveWell Group\n\n   The LiveWell Group is being honored as the Business of the Year because of their continued outstanding service to the community\, its residents\, and employees. Formerly The Spinney Group\, this is a second-generation\, locally-owned property development and owner group. Not only looking to make their residential living community environmentally friendly\, they have also added programs to their "55 and better" communities a new "SpinneyLife" style catering to nutritional\, active and engaging activities. The family partnership is committed to their community\, and support many local organizations and charities.\n\n\n\nCo-Life-Time Achievement: Margaret Barkman (Barkman Farms) and Greg Turner (Burt Anthony & Associates)\n\n   Margaret Barkman recently retired from her decades of ownership of Barkman Farms in Bethlehem. She offered years of seasonal flowers and holidays trees and wreaths\, customer service and education to the residents\, patrons and customers. She is a wonderful steward of the land and supporter of the community.\n\n\n\n   Greg Turner is the president of Burt Anthony & Associates and a long-standing member of the Chamber's Board of Directors. Burt Anthony & Associates is an independent insurance company which has served clients in the Capital Region for more than 50 years. While the agency was established in 1967\, Greg started working at the firm in 1980 and purchased it in 1996.\n\n\n\nYouth Entrepreneur: Brendin Winfield (Ravena Coeymans Selkirk CSD)\n\n   Brendin Winfield\, who lives in Bethlehem and attends RCS started working at TCI when he was 16. With the money he earned\, in this junior year of high school\, he purchased a truck and started his own lawn mowing and landscaping business. He also co-owns a power-washing company with his brother. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors\, he participated in school athletics\, and graduated in 2023. \n\n\n\nCommunity Spirit: Bethlehem Central Middle School PTO (Parent Teacher Organization)\n\n   The BCMS PTO is a local non-profit that supports opportunities for youth in the middle school. Especially during the pandemic\, the PTO was very creative in finding activities to continue to engage and support the students and staff at the school. The organization is also engaged in assisting families in the district with food insecurity\, school supplies\, holiday gifts\, and everyday and emergency needs.
