BETHLEHEM ART ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES ANNUAL SHOW AND SALE
 
 Members Present Hundreds of Pieces in “Movement”
 
 The Bethlehem Art Association (BAA) announces the presentation of its Member Show and Sale at the Delmar Reformed Church on Saturday, May 20, 2023.
                                   
Over 20 visual artists will participate in displaying hundreds of pieces, encompassing a variety of media including oils, watercolors pencil, acrylic, pastel, ink, photography, and sculpture, for show and sale at this annual event.  A special exhibit, “Movement!” will greet visitors as they enter the show. “This year’s show is a celebration of moving out of the COVID era to a time when we can all gather again,” said BAA President, Lynda Spielman.
 
Spearheaded by Dee Foley, the event will include art demonstrations, music, and a refreshment concession. “This is a great opportunity for people to view and acquire works of art created by our very talented local artists, while they are still affordable. The demonstrations offer aspiring artists a chance to learn new techniques.” said Foley.    
 
The show will run from 10 AM - 4 PM at the Delmar Reformed Church,
386 Delaware Avenue, Delmar. There is no charge for admission.
Founded in 1966, BAA has members who range from novices to artists who have gained recognition in various media. BAA offers artist demonstrations in a variety of media for artists of all skill levels.
 
Members exhibit their works on a rotating basis at several local venues available exclusively for BAA and can participate in BAA-sponsored events including Fall & Spring Members Show.  The BAA also provides scholarships to Bethlehem High School students.
