Caregiver Workshop

Local non-profit breast cancer organization To Life! is hosting a Caregiver Workshop for survivors, thrivers, their family and caregivers.

Caregivers are unsung heroes who provide support and comfort to those in need, often placing the well-being of others above their own. We will explore compassion fatigue, grief skills and self-care.
