Intro to Tai Chi
Join us for a rejuvenating 90-minute introductory workshop on Tai Chi, designed to enhance your physical and mental well-being. This workshop will guide participants through two gentle yet effective exercises targeting the neck, shoulders, spine, hips, knees, and ankles.

*Participants will receive written handouts featuring Yoga inspired balancing exercises to support the winter meridians: the bladder and kidney to complement practices learned in the sessions.
