Q&A for Food Service Employers and Workers with Officials
The Wage and Hour Division’s Northeast Region will host a virtual training and Q&A session for employers and workers in the food services industry.
We will discuss the Fair Labor Standards Act’s minimum wage, overtime, child labor and recordkeeping provisions. We will also cover recent regulatory changes affecting tipped workers and tip pooling.
