5K run or 2 mile walk, May 28th, 2023 at 9 AM.  

Start & finish line is at the American Legion, 16 West Poplar Dr. Delmar, NY 12054
Participants and sponsors will receive a t-shirt with their registration / contribution. Please register prior to May 13th,  2023 to receive your t-shirt.
Tee Shirts guaranteed to the 1st 300 entries for both events combined - must be ordered by May 13, 2023

Pre- registration required
****   No strollers, Bicycles, Skates, or animals allowed in the race.  The use of headphones during the race is strongly discouraged.  This course is open and used by other walkers, runners, cyclists making it important that each participant be aware of their surroundings.  This is a narrow course on the rail trail portion - especially at the beginning - participants will need to be cautious.  Strollers allowed for the walking portion of the event.  Thank you for helping keep this a safe and fun community event.
