Where you will work: 271 Delaware Ave, Delmar and at clients' homes around the Capital Region 

Hours: 40 hours per week 

Pay & Benefits: $45,000 - 50,000 / Paid Time Off / Paid holidays / 401k Eligible / Monthly Health Care Contribution

Who are we looking for???? 

A great listing coordinator will have a positive & confident approach, and strong project management & communication skills. They will be detail oriented with a commitment to doing quality work, and a creative flair for preparing listing marketing materials and social media campaigns. They will excel at working independently, juggling priorities and meeting tight deadlines.  They will be comfortable adapting to a listing-heavy workload in the spring & summer, and a more administrative and event-coordination workload in the fall & winter while giving it their all each day all year round. 

What will you do???? 

  • Support lead listing agent with busy listing schedule 
  • Liaise with seller clients in person and virtually to gather information & documentation 
  • Establish & manage the pre-listing timeline & be a point of contact for sellers throughout the pre-listing process 
  • Input listings in the MLS 
  • Schedule pro photo & video shoots 
  • Manage virtual staging vendors 
  • Launch listings 
  • Execute listing marketing & advertising campaigns including social media, email & direct mail channels 
  • Prep materials for open house and/or brokers' open? 
  • Maintain and organize physical client files and presentation materials  
  • Handle office maintenance tasks such as supply restocking, light cleaning, and organizing 
  • Assist with team events program, including organizing events and assisting with event setup, coordination, and cleanup. 
  • Run team errands
