We are a boutique real estate firm that specializes in residential real estate, helping our clients buy and sell their properties. We are with our clients every step of the way, helping them negotiate what can often times be a complicated process. For our seller clients, we offer pricing expertise and targeted, comprehensive and effective marketing. Our buyer clients know our goal is to find them the right home, at the best possible price. We work throughout the Capital Region, with a special focus on Albany County. In 2022, we helped 30 owners navigate the home selling process and assisted 29 buyers in their purchases, with a total sales volume of 23.5 million.
