Bike Share to Two Delmar Communities Delmar, N.Y. – September 24, 2026 — LiveWell Group is partnering with the Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) to bring CDPHP Cycle! bike-share access to two LiveWell Group residential communities in Delmar: The Spinney at Van Dyke and Adams Station Apartments.
