LiveWell Group Partners with CDTA to Bring CDPHP Cycle! Bike Share to Two Delmar Communities
 

Delmar, N.Y. – September 24, 2026 — LiveWell Group is partnering with the Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) to bring CDPHP Cycle! bike-share access to two LiveWell Group residential communities in Delmar: The Spinney at Van Dyke and Adams Station Apartments.
 

As part of the partnership, LiveWell Group is providing space near the clubhouse buildings at both communities for CDPHP Cycle! bike racks and bikes to create convenient access to bike-share for residents of the greater Town of Bethlehem and Albany County communities.
 

The partnership reflects LiveWell Group’s ongoing commitment to wellness, community connection, and environmental stewardship. The partnership will officially launch on October 6, 2026 with support from the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce.

CDPHP Cycle! provides residents and visitors throughout the Capital Region with a convenient, affordable, and eco-friendly way to get around. The program expanded into the Town of Bethlehem in 2024, adding bike-share access to an already growing network of transportation and recreation options.
 

“The Town of Bethlehem is the newest riding area for CDPHP Cycle!, and we’re excited to continue working with town leadership and the Bethlehem Chamber to connect more people with CDTA. CDPHP Cycle! is more than just a recreational option. It gives people another way to get to work, run errands, enjoy the community, and connect with other CDTA mobility options. Expanding access helps make it easier for people to get where they need to go,” said CDTA Mobility Manager Lindsey Brandt.
 

“We’re proud to welcome CDPHP Cycle! to these two LiveWell Group communities. It’s a small way we can help make healthy, sustainable transportation more accessible,” shares LiveWell Group CEO Morgan Ruthman.
