Join Our Board

We are seeking community-minded volunteers to serve on the board of our non-profit school-age childcare program. Board members help guide the program’s direction, support responsible decision-making, and strengthen services for children and families.

Who We Are Looking For

• Parents, guardians, caregivers, and community members who value high-quality childcare
• People with experience in education, youth programs, finance, communications, facilities, policy, human resources, or community engagement
• Individuals who are thoughtful, collaborative, dependable, and committed to supporting children and working families

Board Member Responsibilities

• Attend board meetings and participate in discussion and planning
• Support policies, budgeting, and long-term program sustainability
• Serve as an ambassador for the program in the Bethlehem community
• Help identify opportunities to improve services for children and families

Time Commitment

Board members typically attend 1-hour monthly board meetings and may contribute additional time to committee work, events, or special projects as needed.
