Bike Share to Two Delmar Communities Delmar, N.Y. – September 24, 2026 — LiveWell Group is partnering with the Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) to bring CDPHP Cycle! bike-share access to two LiveWell Group residential communities in Delmar: The Spinney at Van Dyke and Adams Station Apartments. As part of the partnership, LiveWell Group is providing space near the clubhouse buildings at both communities for CDPHP Cycle! bike racks
